RETURN POLICY:
PLEASE NOTE: All sales are final on all artwork and collectibles. Exchanges for collectibles are only available if received damaged while supplies are still available. If you received damaged products we sincerely apologize! Please contact us at artist-josephine@josephinemaisonet.com within 3 business days of receipt for prompt handling of your concerns with several photos as proof of damage for our records. All damaged artwork or collectibles will need to be returned and received before we can ship out a replacement of the collectible or refund for the artwork.

Oil paintings are unique and irreplacable so therefore only a refund can be offered. When requesting to return or exchange items, you must have proof of purchase, such as your order number or a copy of your receipt. If you have thrown away your proof of purchase and/or the items you are hoping to exchange or be refunded for, we unfortunately cannot accommodate your request. In order to assist you, the items must still be in your possession, since we may need you to return them to us.

The Art of Josephine Maisonet, LLC reserves the right to deem return items non-refundable if more than 30 days has passed before contacting us. Unfortunately, The Art of Josephine Maisonet, LLC is not able to refund or credit original shipping fees or return shipping fees on your package.

HOW LONG BEFORE MY ORDER ARRIVES?
Picking and packing time can vary depending on volume. Orders are processed in the order they are received. Shipmenst are made from Staten Island, New York. A shipping confirmation and tracking number will be e-mailed to you once your package has been shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to update once it has been created. The Art of Josephine Maisonet, LLC is not responsible for any custom duties, brokerage fees, taxes, and/or tariffs that may be applied to your shipment due to local regulations. The Art of Josephine Maisonet, LLC reserves the right to change the shipping method at any time and will clearly post changes should they occur.

MY TRACKING NUMBER SAYS DELIVERED BUT MY PACKAGE IS NOT HERE?
Sometimes tracking numbers update faster than the delivery. Your package is still on the way and should be delivered within a couple days! Please email us at artist-josephine@josephinemaisonet.com so we can look into this for you.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping is free within the continental United States via USPS First Class Mail. International shipping is free for orders over 1000 USD. Please contact The Art of Josephine Maisonet, LLC if you have any specific shipping questions at artist-josephine@josephinemaisonet.com.

International shipping to the UK, Canada, Japan and the European union is now available. Please email us to enquire about shipping to other countries not listed.

WHAT IF I NEED MY ORDER RUSH DELIVERED?
If you want expedited shipping, please indicate in the note section in the payment process or contact me at artist-josephine@josephinemaisonet.com. Expedited shipping will incur an additional fee. However, due to the time the order is placed, it may NOT reach you within that desired time. Also please keep in mind expedited or rush shipping services will shorten travel time once your package has left our fulfillment center, and will not push your order to the first of the processing line.
